Libby Manicone Jewelry Design was established by Libby Manicone who discovered her interest in and talent for making custom designed and original works of limited edition pieces. Her work has been acknowledge by professional jewelers as she was the recipient of the NJSFWC's -2009- DISTRICT and STATE Grand Prizes with a perfect score for her "Kathy” necklace. Again this year she was invited to create pieces for the 2010 competition in April. The "Moondance" earrings won District Grand Prize, Professional Class and went on to the State competitions, where it won First Prize. The "Giallo" Necklace and "Capri" bracelet both won First Place in the district. The success of her designs prompted requests for custom made hairpieces and coordinating jewelry designs for brides and their bridal parties.
A relationship was formed with the award winning makeup artist Jackie Catanese of “Facez” Studio and the highly skilled hair artist Lia Zangari of “Brushez” Studio where Libby Manicone Jewelry Design has now expanded into a retail boutique featuring luxury headpieces and veils by "Bride's Head Revisited", beautiful special occasion jewelry by "Mariell", along with “Amore by Libby M" custom pieces. Catering to the every need of her upscale clientele, Libby can schedule her "Brides" for trials with the Brushez and Facez teams to assist the bride in selecting the perfect pieces from her collection to complete her look based on her own personal style.
